At Luzon Healthcare, we strive to provide you with a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and replacements may be initiated.
This policy applies to all purchases made via our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1.Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer:
- You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may refuse delivery at the time of arrival.
- Once an order is successfully delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it meets our replacement criteria below.
Cancellation by Luzon Healthcare:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or inventory errors
- Payment verification failure
- Fraud or suspicious activity
You will be informed promptly and refunded in full in such cases.
2. Replacements
We only offer replacements under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Defective item
- Missing items
- Wrong product delivered
Steps to Request a Replacement:
- Raise a request within 3 days of delivery.
- Email us at [support@luzonhealthcare.com] or use the Contact Us page.
- Attach visual proof (clear images or an unboxing video) showing the issue.
Upon review, if your request is approved:
- The product will be picked up (if required).
- A replacement will be shipped within 7 business days.
Note: Replacements are only provided for products that are unused, in original packaging, and with intact tags/seals
3. Refunds
Eligible Refund Situations:
- Order canceled by you (within 3 hours of placing the order)
- Order canceled by Luzon Healthcare
- Order not delivered (as confirmed by our logistics partner)
- Replacement not possible due to stock unavailability
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 7 business days after approval. Banking delays may cause additional processing time.
Note: Refunds are not provided for:
- Products that are delivered successfully
- Products returned without approval
- Orders with broken product seals (for hygiene-sensitive items)
4. Non-Returnable Non-Refundable Products
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following categories unless damaged or defective:
- Sanitary PadsPanty Liners
- Intimate Wash,Wipes
- Other personal hygiene products
5. Important Guidelines
- Do not accept delivery if the package is visibly damaged or tampered.
- All deliveries are OTP-verified. If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, report to our support team within 24 hours.
- We reserve the right to deny replacement/refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
