We strive to deliver your order quickly, accurately, and in good condition. The delivery of products is carried out to the shipping address provided by you at checkout. We do not verify the address information for accuracy, so please ensure all shipping details are complete and correct when placing your order.

By placing an order, you agree that we shall not be held liable for:

  • Delivery of the product to an incorrect address submitted by you;

  • Any delay or loss caused due to inaccurate, incomplete, or false shipping details;

  • Any issues arising from incomplete payment or failure to comply with payment requirements.

Shipping Timeline

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–8 business days, depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Your location

  • Courier partner timelines

  • Weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances

Please note, delays may occur during public holidays, festivals, or force majeure events beyond our control. In such cases, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and deliver your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999/-.

  • For orders below ₹999/-, a flat shipping charge of ₹70/- is applicable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.

  • We reserve the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Order Not Received / Missing Items

1. If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, you must report this to us within 48 hours of the delivery notification by contacting:

After 48 hours, we will not be liable for non-delivery claims.

2. If a freebie or discounted item is missing from your delivered package:

  • For missing freebies (products with ₹0 MRP), a coupon worth ₹100 will be issued to your registered email, redeemable on your next purchase.

  • For missing discounted products, we will refund the actual amount paid for those items to your original payment method.
